AirDB is a user-friendly web application that offers a comprehensive resource of immune receptor and signaling pathway genes across 808 angiosperm genomes, covering basal ANA grade, Chloranthales, Magnoliids, monocots, Ceratophyllales, and dicots. Meanwhile, AirDB integrates convenient online bioinformatical analysis tools, aimed at exploration of immune receptor genes from any newly sequenced genomes or datasets of interest. AirDB also serves as an updated version of the angiosperm NLR atlas ( ANNA ).
